2. Therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as there are no records to indicate that the petitioner has any other surviving legal heirs who would be entitled to the benefit that could accrue pursuant to the order of this Court in the present Writ Petition. 2/4

3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
