(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent herein to return the Sale deed dated 11.03.2020 registered in the office of respondent after completion of registration formalities on receiving the receipt issued by the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Venkatasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Writ Petition on future course of action that may arise later.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, if so required . No costs.
