This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order "6(b) the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22714 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22714 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 is relaxed.
