This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(b) to appear before respondent police station, everyday at 6.30 pm, until further order, by this Honourable High Court in Crl.OP.No.27582 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024..

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
