1.The parties in this application are referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit. Mr.R.Prabhakaran, learned counsel is present on behalf of the plaintiff. Mrs.P.Srividhya, learned counsel is present on behalf of the 1st defendant. Mr.Abdul Razack, learned counsel is present on behalf of the defendants 20 & 21. Mr.Duraisamy, learned counsel is present on behalf of the 32nd defendant. 2.This application has been taken out by defendant No.36 with a prayer to set aside the ex-parte order dated 20.02.2014 made in C.S.No.259/1997. Counsel for various parties as set out supra, have fairly stated that they have no serious objection or opposition. The affidavit averments and reasons given therein considered or besides submissions at the Bar. This application is allowed. 3.Post the matter before IV Additional Master on 13.12.2016. 30.11.2016
