O R D E R
The Petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.03.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 397 of IPC, in Crime No.61of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there are totally three accused in this case. The petitioner is A2. A1 is yet to be arrested. A3 is arrested and he is in prison. The property of 6.5 soverigns of gold is yet to be recovered and two more accused are absconding. There are 12 previous cases against the petitioner in which 9 cases are theft and robbery. Hence, he objected to grant bail to the petitioner.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
