PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to modify the condition as the petitioner shall appear before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks to modify the condition imposed on him in para no.8(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.
