It is the case of the petitioner that he is running a business in the name of M/s.Nasin Exports, dealing with grapes and that one, M/s.Grade One Traders placed orders for supply of black grapes and after giving advance of Rs.1,50,000/-, they had not paid Rs.5,23,500/-. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the 2nd respondent police and thereafter, filed Crl.O.P.No.4590 of 2018 for a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.369 of 2018 on 05.06.2018 under Section 406 and 420 IPC. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the FIR was registered on 05.06.2018, the police have not done anything and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the FIR, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the case to the CBCID. However, the 2nd respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.369 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no any legal impediment. With the above direction, this petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS V) //True Copy// gya/ska To
