O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.09.2014 and 25.11.2014, seeking proper enquiry against the respondents 6 & 7.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted representations on 28.09.2014 and 25.11.2014 seeking proper action as against the respondents 6 and 7 for allegedly damaging his vehicle and for threatening him by foisting false cases as against him. But the respondents 1 to 5 have not taken any action as against the respondents 6 and 7, till date. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused for the offence of transporting banned liquor bottles and a criminal case has been registered as against him in Crime No.295 of 2014 on the file of the Kinathukadavu Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(a)(Transport) of TNP Act. In order to escape from the clutches of law, the petitioner wants to take action as against the police officials, who are the sixth and seventh respondents herein.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court feels that the petitioner is not entitled any relief as sought for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
