The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018.
2. Without going into the merits of the matter and taking into account the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also the others if any, who are interested and who are likely to be affected and if there is no legal impediment in considering the said representation. The said representation shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
