Both the parties and their respective counsel are present. The respondent has entered into a compromise with the petitioner and they have also filed a compromise memo. The said compromise memo is recorded. In the said compromise memo, it is stated that the petitioner has no objection for quashing the proceedings, which reads as follows:

1. C.C.No.42 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Perambalur;

2. C.C.No.195 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur;

Court, Perambalur;

4. F.I.R.in Cr.No.8 of 20915 on the file of All Women Police Station, Perambalur;

5. F.I.R. in Cr.Nos.863 & 864 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station, Perambalur.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this petition is closed. The said Compromise memo shall form part of the order.
