1.The parties in this application are referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit. Mrs.P.Srividhya, learned counsel is present on behalf of the plaintiff. Mr.Abdul Razack is present on behalf of the defendants 20,21 & 37. Mr.Duraisamy, learned counsel is present on behalf of the 36th defendant. This application has been taken out by the plaintiff, with a prayer to receive additional documents. 2.The two documents which the plaintiff now wants to be received are a Will duly probated and proceedings dt.30.09.1975 of the land Administration Commissioner dated 11.02.2009. 3.Learned counsel for the defendants as set out about who have been arrayed as respondents in the instant would state that they should be favored with copies of the documents which are being sought to be received. 4.It is open to the defendants to raise objections to the marking of the documents. The learned Master shall record such objections if any and this Court will decide on the objections while disposing off the main suit. In other words, the instant application is allowed subject to proof and relevance.
