A.No.1390 of 2020 A.No.1390 of 2020 in O.P.No.SR.41912 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, This application is filed seeking permission to the applicant to pay the 3% Succession Duty amounting to a sum of Rs.65,300/- through the ECourt Fee mode instead of remitting the same with the Reserve Bank of India.

2.In support of the said application, the deponent has stated that on account of the present scenario, it is not possible for the petitioner to approach the Office of the Reserve Bank of India or the Registry to remit the Succession Duty by way of any Court fee.

3.Considering the present situation and in the interest of Justice, this application can be ordered and accordingly, it is ordered. The said remittance shall be made on or before 13.08.2020. 28.07.2020 mps 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
