COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the respondent in its impugned proceedings made in TIN Nos.33443245712/2014-215 and 33923243508/2014-2015, dated 27.07.2018 and 24.07.2018 respectively and to quash the same as illegal and contrary to the scheme of the Act. For Petitioner : Mr.S. Rajasekar (in both W.Ps.) For Respondent : Mr.M.Hariharan (in both W.Ps.) Additional Government Pleader COMMON

ORDER

Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner in both the writ petitions and Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent in both the writ petitions are before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner in both the writ petitions submits that he has instructions to withdraw these writ petitions and learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:
