This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint it is seen that the opposite party had borrowed money from the petitioner and had not returned the same. It seems that the opposite party even promised to transfer the land but, it was found by the petitioner that the opposite party does not have title to the said land. Even according to the complainant, amounts were paid by RTGS and the opposite party has also issued a cheque.
