This Criminal Original Petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the criminal complaint being PR.No.28 of 2002 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur. Learned counsel for the sole respondent herein, who is the complainant before the Judicial Magistrate, has placed before this Court the proceedings of the Magistrate's Court dated 27.11.2012 wherein and whereby the complainant has submitted before the Magistrate that he does not want to proceed with the matter and that the complaint has been dismissed. 2.Copy of the same has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner before me. Learned counsel for the petitioner before me is also satisfied that nothing survives in the matter and the matter has become infructuous. 3.Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
