This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.02.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The allegation of the petitioner is that her brother had collected some jewels from her and had not returned the same to her and that she is a deserted woman.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
