ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

ssb The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submitted that an F.I.R was registered by the respondent Police in Crime No.795 of 2020 and the petitioner has been arrayed as A2.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to withdraw this petition and file a fresh anticipatory bail application by showing the crime number and giving all the particulars.
