ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 09.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(ii) r/w.392 of IPC in Cr.No.100 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.600/- at knife point. The petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are five previous cases pending as against A1; four previous cases pending as against A2 and three previous cases pending as against A3.

5.Considering the number of previous cases pending as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
