This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the writ appeal.

2.Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned State Government Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Mr.S.Senthilvel, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 4 and 8.

4. Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6.

5. Heard both sides.

6. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

7. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

8. It is stated that the respondent-2 is dead. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent.

9. The Registry is directed to number the appeal after the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent are impleaded and list the same for admission.
