It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that adequate protection would be given to the witnesses as well as to the accused and suitable directions may be given to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, for posting the case in S.C.No.95 of 2013, on day-to-day basis and complete the trial.

Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, to fix hearing of the case in S.C.No.95 of 2013, in the second week of April, 2015 and the respondent/Police is directed to produce the witnesses on the date of hearing and the learned Principal Sessions Judge is also directed to adjourn the case on day to day basis and complete the trial on or before 30.06.2015.
