This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the criminal revision case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, who has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 77 days in filing the criminal revision is condoned.
