2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the order dated 07.10.2025 made in A.Nos.3401 & 2723 of 2025 in C.S.No.980 of 2025, the date of death of the second defendant is wrongly mentioned as "20.06.2026" instead of "26.02.2016" and hence the same shall be rectified.

3. Mr.R.Sagadevan, the learned counsel for the fourth applicant, submitted that his name has not been printed the cause title of the order.

4. Considering the above submissions, the Registry is directed to make the following corrections in the order dated 07.10.2025 made in A.Nos.3401 & 2723 of 2025 in C.S.No.980 of 2025:

" i) In the quoted portion of Paragraph No.2, replace the date "20.06.2026" with "26.02.2016".

ii) In the cause title, replace the name "M/s.C.Umashankar" for the respondent, with "Mr.C.Umashankar" for First Respondent and "Mr.R.Sagadevan" for Fourth Respondent."

5. In all other aspects, the order dated 07.10.2025 made in A.Nos.3401 & 2723 of 2025 in C.S.No.980 of 2025, remains unaltered.

6. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections in the order dated 07.10.2025 made in A.Nos.3401 & 2723 of 2025 in C.S.No.980 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy, forthwith.
