ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 21.04.2016 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathiyamangalam, in I.A.No.64 of 2015 in O.S.No.229 of 2010, thereby dismissing the petition to condone the delay of 1203 days in filing the petition to set aside exparte decree.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.64 of 2015 in O.S.No.229 of 2010, the petitioner filed another Civil Revision Petition with the delay of 1074 days in filing the said CRP, along with the condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.21735 of 2019 in C.R.P.SR.No.65662 of 2019. The said petition was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 28.01.2020 and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. 3.

In view of the order dated 28.01.2020, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.
