This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.1.2015 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by the Honourable Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present as well as learned counsel for Respondents are also present.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause does not survive any more in the writ petition and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
