This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.15214 of 2026 against the judgment dated 13.10.2025 passed in S.C.No.163 of 2022 by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
