O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 24.06.2016 in accordance with law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to restore the electricity connection to the petitioner premises situated at No.1/14, Sundar Nagar, 3rd street, Alapakkam, Porur, Chennai.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. P.R. Dilip Kumar, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent had already restored the service connection to the petitioner's premises and therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
