police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.158 of 2018 on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2020, by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Nagapattinam, by an order dated 04.06.2020.
