Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff and the suit has been filed for permanent injunction on the ground that the respondent is telecasting/publishing the advertisement, which is disparaging. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the alleged disparagement takes place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Leave has been sought for on the ground that the respondent is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 29.11.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to number the suit and list the applications on 02.12.2016.
