The prayer sought for in the contempt petition is to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.09.2017 in Review Application (Writ)No.659 of 2017 and W.P.No.32940 of 2013.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate has submitted before this Court that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the 3rd respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same by order dated 24.04.2018. Challenging the aforesaid order of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has preferred the writ petition in W.P.No. 10837 of 2021and the same is pending before this Court.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
