ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to give recognition to the 4th respondent/School. However, the learned standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that the 4th respondent School has not yet started its functioning and it has been given up.

2. In view of that, the question of issuing mandamus not to give recognition does not arise. Hence this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
