This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.327 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.242 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2022 by an order dated 05.04.2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge of the Nilgiris at Udhagamandalam.
2. These Petitioners seeks modification of the bail condition on health reasons. However, considering the sensitivity of the case and the reason stated by the trial Court declining to modify the order which is satisfactory and reasonable, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the trial Court in the petition for relaxation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
