(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 16 September 2015 rendered in W.P. No.29302 of 2015 has not been complied with by the respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
the order of this Court dated 16 September 2015 made in W.P. No.29302 of 2015 has been complied with and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "Order complied with by the respondent. Contempt Petition may be closed."
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
