COMMON ORDER Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and is in possession of the requisite details to enable final disposal of the matters at this juncture. Hence, by consent expressed by both learned counsel, final orders are passed even at the stage of admission.
2. The limited prayers of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing R1 and R3, i.e., the Deputy Commissioner, Investigation I, Intelligence I and the Deputy State Tax Officer, Esplanade Assessment Circle to pass orders on its representations dated 22.12.2021, 04.09.2019, 15.05.2019 and 01.02.2019 respectively. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, confirms that the aforesaid representations are, indeed, pending.
3. Hence, it would suffice that a direction be issued to R3 to hear the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representations taking assistance of R1, if so required, in accordance with law. Let this exercise be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
4. These writ petitions are disposed in the above terms. No Costs.
