Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.MANOJIN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18314 of 2020, dated 20.11.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to report before trial Court on all the hearing dates.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
