This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1051 days in filing the appeal as against Judgment and Decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.154 of 2011 dated 28.02.2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Sankagiri.

2. Ms.Srividya, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

3. The delay is condoned and this petition is ordered subject to the condition that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1051 days.
