Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Vellore South police station, Vellore District once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble court in Crl.MP.NO.2260 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.926 of 2021 dated 26.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.926 of 2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
