O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No. 1377 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves.

3. In order to identify, the petitioners and the de-facto complainant have submitted the photo copy of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1.S.Senthamizhan - 300364365474, 2.S.Velu - 810220209889, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Appu @ K.Nagaraj - 778779188307 and 4.D.Rajendiran - 699454012094 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 06.03.2018 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 1377 of 2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, M-1, Madhavaram Police Station, Chennai -600 060 is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.

6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 06.03.2018 shall form part of the order. * Xerox copy of Affidavit to be enclosed.
