This joint memo of compromise is taken on file. Accordingly, recording the same, this second appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 15.02.2024. The terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 15.02.2024 signed by the appellant and the respondent shall form a part and parcel of this judgment and decree. Connected C.M.P. stands closed. No costs. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fees as per the procedure.
