Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3096 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of IPC, in Crime No.3028 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. This petition is ordered.
