This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed in S.T.C.No.119 of 2017 dated 11.01.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Vellore which was confirmed against the petitioner in C.A.No.13 of 2021 dated 07.03.2022 on the file of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vellore and enlarge him on bail.

2. In spite of the opportunity being granted by this Court for the petitioner to surrender, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition prayed for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
