O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, notice has been issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and also a representation to that effect has also been filed. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a proper petition and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The petitioner undertakes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10/6/2015.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised, under the provisions of law. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is dismissed. No costs.
