Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Hon'ble Principal District Court, Chengalpattu on all working days until further orders Imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2108 of 2021, dated 15.02.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.DIVYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.CHARLES PREMKUMAR Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2108 of 2021 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and subsequently it was altered as section 302 of IPC in Crime No.1221 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
