Heard Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem to dispose I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.105 Page No.1/3

of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.

3. According to the petitioner/defendant No.4, O.S.No.105 of 2010 was dismissed for default on 20.11.2012 and after lapse of more than ten years, the first respondent/plaintiff has filed I.A.No.1 of 2021 seeking condonation of delay and restoration of the suit. In the said application, pleadings have been completed and submissions of both the parties also over and the same was posted for orders from time to time.

4. Considering the circumstances explained by the petitioner, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
