The petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by one Gunaseelan in C.S.R.No.405 of 2023. Thereafter, on enquiry the respondent had closed the complaint directing the complainant to approach the Civil Court.
