ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.271 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai against the defendants 1 to 8 for the relief of partition and to cancel the patta stands in the name of 1st defendant.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents 1 to 4 and 6 to 7 are dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the plaintiff had filed a suit in the year of 2019. Even after filing the written statement, trial was not begin and so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the suit is pending from the year of 2019, but as on date, issues not framed and so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
