This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.28051/2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of

the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered as FIR No.12/2016 dated 12.04.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 507 IPC by the respondent police and the same is under investigation. He has also produced a copy of the said First Information Report for perusal of this Court.
