This Writ Petition is posted under the caption 'for being mentioned'. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in paragraph No.5 of the order, dated 25.04.2023, it was wrongly mentioned as Special Court, Erode in the second line and Special Judge, Erode in the fourth line, instead of Special Court, Coimbatore and Special Judge, Coimbatore.

2.Therefore, this Court orders that necessary corrections may be carried out in paragraph No.5 of the order by substituting Special Court, Coimbatore and Special Judge, Coimbatore with Special Court, Erode and Special Judge, Erode and the Registry is directed to issue a corrected order copy immediately.
