ORDER

The order impugned in the present petition is one dismissal of H.M.O.P.No.282 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee. A judgment of dismissal of the H.M.O.P. under the Hindu Page No 1 of 3

Marriage Act is a decree and it is appealable before the jurisdictional Court but it is not revisable.

2. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate Court. The time taken in prosecuting this revision shall stand excluded. No costs.
