..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.02.2023 and 08.12.2025 and decide the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 13.02.2023 and 08.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner who claims to belong to the Scheduled Case community claims that he is entitled for patta for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. He also claims that the property has been encroached by certain encroachers. The petitioner had given representations on 13.02.2023 as well as on 08.12.2025, to the respondents requesting them to remove the encroachment and grant patta in his favour for the subject property. Since the said representations were not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with

law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 13.02.2023 and 08.12.2025, referred to supra, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
